Getting into the flow state really means having the mindset of sharpening your focus and choosing not to be distracted. This month, as we celebrate our loved ones on Valentine's Day, but what about celebrating you? Here's what I've been working on to bring you helpful ideas, motivation and tools to help you "create the flow" and benefit from some self-care. I chose to focus on the personal level of self-care as part of getting organized.
